AHSAY Off-Site Backup-Manual Protocol

Occasionally you will receive a notice from AHSAY indicating that your off-site backup did not run as scheduled. You may at that point wish to start the backup manually to ensure that your data is secure. We also receive notices from AHSAY so we are notified when a backup is missed or has an error. These logs are monitored daily and corrective action is taken when necessary.

You may backup your data manually at any time. I have listed the steps below:

• Right click the "AHSAYOBM" icon in your system tray
• Choose "Backup" 
• Choose "All Backup Sets"

This should start the AHSAY backup. Once the backup has completed, you may be asked if want to save it, click "Yes"
