During this meeting our goal is to understand your business, your business process, your goals for your website, and your likes and dislikes about your current site.  We will spend time defining who your competition is and take a look at their website.
Website Design Requirements – We work with you to define your requirements for the new website design. We make suggestions and refine your vision. This is a critical stage of the website development. If the requirements are not clearly defined then we will be challenged to fully meet your expectation and fully meeting your expectation is our primary goal.
Content Provisioning – We will supply you with a content generation worksheet that will allow you to start working on the content for your website. The content worksheet is concerned with the text of the website and not the look. What do you want to say to your prospective clients?
Sample Website Template Creation – Our designers will create and present to you several design templates. Our goal at this stage is to solicit your feedback on the look and feel of each design. We will work through this stage until we have narrowed our focus to a final design layout to your comfortable with.
Final Design Selection – Having worked through the sample website template process, we now have the final design to work on. Our designers will commence work on what will be your end product. We refine design elements which include modifying graphics, colors, element locations, etc… We work through the home page and at least one content page during this stage with your continued involvement.
Website Delivery – Our design team will work with you to schedule a cutover date and time that is least disruptive to your organization.  Since we own our own servers, located at a world class NOC (Network Operations Center), we highly recommend hosting with us, but you are under no obligation to do so.
Search Engine Submission – We submit your new site to 5 of the top search engines at no additional cost. Of course, we offer a complete SEO (Search Engine Optimization) package for your website as well.
